Michael Lauzardo, MD ’91, director of UF Health Screen, Test & Protect, deputy director of the UF Emerging Pathogens Institute and an associate professor in the division of infectious diseases and global medicine, will host this year's Notable Alumnus Lecture via Zoom.
Duane Mitchell, MD, PhD, assistant vice president for research and associate dean for translational science and clinical research at the UF College of Medicine and director of the UF Clinical and Translational Science Institute, will lead a virtual panel discussion with UF researchers J. Glenn Morris, MD, Ashley Brown, PhD, and Greg Sawyer, PhD. They will share their latest research and clinical applications related to COVID-19.
Join us for an evening of research presented by the Medical Guild Award-winning students from the UF College of Medicine Biomedical Sciences Program. Alumna and COM Alumni Board member Jude Masannat, PhD’17, will welcome these amazing students and moderate a Q & A to follow.
